The results will be delivered to the user in two type formats: paper and lmd files

Description of service offered

• Analyzing samples cytometry from Monday to Friday and from 9h to 17h
• "Sorter" of cells and particles from Monday to Friday and from 9h to 17h depending on the size and quality of the sample; and the availability of the Sorter
• Advice on the design of the experimental (Controls and cell number).
• Design protocol analysis.

Cytometer and "sorter" features:

Cytometer Beckman Coulter Epics XL: Equipped with an argon laser that excites to 488 nm and 4 collectors detection [FL1 (525nm), FL2 (575nm), FL3 (620nm), and FL4 (675)].

Sorter Beckman Coulter ALTRA: Equipped with two excitation lasers, one at 488nm and U.V. laser and 4 collectors detection [FL1 (525nm), FL2 (575nm), FL3 (620nm), and FL4 (675)].
