J. Oriol Juan Babot is a researcher and Responsible in Histopathology and Analysis of Image of the Catalan Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences (ICCC) from March of 2004. Among his functions he highlights the obtaining and processing of samples, histopathologic study and immunohistochemistry of the different projects that him carrying out in the Center.
Graduate in Medicine and Surgery by the Autonomous University of Barcelona (1985) and Doctor for the University of Barcelona (1999). Diplome of Postgraduate "Medicina de la Indústria Farmacèutica" UAB (1990); Course of Postgraduate Mètodes Estadístics en Ciències de la Salut" UAB (1991); Diplome of Postgraduate in "Farmacologia", Professional School of Pharmacology UB-CSIC (1993). Expert in microscopy and techniques in conventional histology and immunohistochemistry in the cardiovascular field.
