Blanca Oñate is a PhD student at the Catalan Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences (ICCC)
since September 15th 2008, through a "Ayudas Predoctorales de Formación en Investigación en Salud (PFIS)" of the ISCIII.
She is graduated in Biology for the University of Barcelona, UB (2002-2007). She obtained the Master in Biomedicine Research by Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2007-2008) with her work “Effect of ischemia and statin-treatment on endothelial progenitor cell mobilization and characterization”.
